Get leaks overview
Use fetchable and fetch_url to decide whether a source can be read. One source can be ready while another is still processing; do not wait for all providers to finish before displaying available records. With X-Osintly-Progressive-Leaks: 1, a source with an early page can have all of:
This is an illustrative source entry inside data.sources, not a complete response. Counts and page totals are provisional until the source reaches its terminal status. Currently, early publication is supported by Snusbase. Without this header, processing sources keep count: 0, fetchable: false, fetch_url: null, and no provisional pagination. Final successful overviews have the same format with and without the header. Refresh on leak.page.ready, leak.status, and leaks.finished. Repeat the header on each overview/page request and stream reconnect.
