Share Feature

The Share feature allows Advanced subscription users to share their completed searches with other Osintly users, making it perfect for team collaboration. To share a search, follow these steps:

Complete Your Search

Ensure your search is finished before sharing.

Locate the Share Button

On the search results page, find the “Share” button at the top-left corner, next to the search term.

Set Expiration Date

Select an expiration date for the shared search. The default is 1 day, but you can extend it up to 1 year.

Generate and Share the Link

Once the search is shared, a link will be generated. Send this link to your teammate, who only needs an Osintly account to access the shared search.
To unshare a search, follow these steps:

Access the Shared Search

Navigate to the shared search you want to unshare.

Click the Share Button Again

Click the “Share” button again.

Unshare the Search

A button will appear, allowing you to unshare the search. Click it to revoke access.
