The Redeem page lets you claim rewards from giveaways, campaigns, and partner promotions. This guide explains how to join promotions, what rewards you can receive, and how to redeem your code correctly.
Rewards are tied to specific campaign rules. Always check the giveaway post for eligibility, expiration date, and region restrictions.

How do I participate in giveaways?

To participate in giveaways, follow these steps:
  1. Watch official announcements: Check the Osintly Discord server, website, and official social channels.
  2. Complete all required actions: Some campaigns require joining a community, following a profile, or filling a short form.
  3. Verify your entry: Make sure your username, email, or handle matches what the campaign asks for.
  4. Wait for winner confirmation: Winners are contacted publicly (announcement) or privately (DM/email), depending on the campaign.
  5. Redeem your code before it expires: Most codes are time-limited.
Enable Discord notifications for the announcements channel so you do not miss short-duration promotions.

What types of gifts can I redeem?

Depending on the promotion, redeemable rewards may include:
  • Plan upgrades or trial periods: Access to additional features for a fixed duration.
  • Credits: Extra search credits added to your account balance. Important: spending credits requires an active subscription. You can purchase credits without an active subscription, but they cannot be spent until an active subscription is present. Promotional credits may have additional terms or expiration.
  • Community perks: Special Discord roles or gated community channels.
  • Exclusive resources: Tutorials, templates, or private OSINT content.
Each campaign has its own terms, so the exact reward and duration can differ.

Where do I redeem my gift?

Use the following steps to redeem your code:

Create or log in to your account

Sign in at osint.ly. The reward is applied to the account currently connected.

Open Settings

Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner, then open Settings.

Open Redeem

In Settings, click Redeem to access the code field.

Enter your code exactly

Paste the code exactly as received (same characters, no extra spaces), then validate.

Confirm reward application

A success message appears when the code is valid. Your credits, plan benefit, or perk is then applied automatically.For more details about credits and spending rules, see Credits explained.

Common redeem issues

Double-check for typos, hidden spaces, or wrong characters (O vs 0, I vs 1). If you copied from mobile, paste into a plain text field first, then copy again.
Some campaign codes have a hard expiration window. If the code has expired, contact support with the campaign name and your code.
Refresh your account page and check your plan/credit status. If there is still no update, contact support and include your account email plus the code used.
Confirm the winner announcement source and check your DM/email spam folder. If needed, open a support request with your giveaway username.
