Having trouble with something on Osintly? We’ve gathered some common issues and their solutions to help you get back on track quickly. If you don’t find your issue here, please reach out our support team in the Osintly Discord server or by email at contact@osint.ly.
  • Cause: This is due to caching. Sometimes, your profile picture might not update immediately because your browser has cached an old version of the page.
  • Solution: Try clearing your browser cache or force reload the page using Ctrl + F5 (or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac).
  • Cause: Authentication issues may occur if your credentials are incorrect or if there is a problem with your account status.
  • Solution: Double-check your username and password. Ensure your account is active and that you’re using the correct credentials. If the issue persists, try resetting your password.
  • Cause: Connection problems can arise from network instability or temporary disruptions in your internet service.
  • Solution: Make sure your internet connection is stable. If the issue persists, try restarting your router or connecting to a different network.
  • Cause: Sometimes, there may be a delay in processing your subscription payment (especially for cryptocurrency subscriptions).
  • Solution: Wait up to 1 minute after completing the payment. If the subscription hasn’t been activated after this time, please contact us for assistance.
  • Cause: To protect our platform and ensure fair usage, we limit the number of requests a user can make within a certain time frame.
  • Example: “Too many checks. The form remains submittable but availability is not guaranteed.”
  • Solution: If you receive this message, wait between 2 to 5 minutes before trying again. The limitation will be automatically lifted after this delay.
  • Cause: Payment issues can occur for various reasons including incorrect card information or security measures.
  • Solution: If you encounter any payment issues with your card, please contact our support team via Discord or email at contact@osint.ly.
  • Warning: Any use of stolen cards will result in an immediate permanent ban. Additionally, frequent changes of payment cards may trigger our security system and lead to account suspension.
