Credit expiry
Purchased credits (bought directly) do not expire. Promotional or free credits may have an expiration date as specified in the promotion terms. See osint.ly/terms for details.What costs a credit
- Any new search query (1 credit per query)
- Re-running an existing search to get fresh results (1 credit)
- Each monitor execution (1 credit per run)
What does not cost a credit
- Re-opening a past result from history
- Exporting from an existing result
- AI Analyst conversations on a loaded result
Checking your balance
Your balance is visible in three places:- Sidebar - below your username in the left navigation panel
- Search page - displayed before running a query
- Settings > Credits - full transaction history including search deductions and monitor executions
Managing your subscription
From Settings > Billing you can:- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Cancel your subscription (stays active until the end of the current billing period)
- Review past invoices
