Account & access

Go to osint.ly and use the sign-up flow from the authentication modal. No credit card is required to register.
Use the Forgot password link on the login screen. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
Yes. You can run a limited pseudonym or email preview without an account or paid app plan. Full, saved searches require an active paid app subscription and credits. See Free search previews and osint.ly/pricing.For more details about credits and spending rules, see Credits explained.

Credits & billing

The number of providers queried depends on your plan. Higher plans unlock additional data sources, including premium breach and leak providers. Standard plan runs a subset of the full provider list.
Purchased credits do not expire. Promotional or free credits may have an expiration date specified in the promotion terms. See osint.ly/terms for details.
All sales are final except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact [email protected] with the details.
Advanced was renamed Ultimate. Existing Advanced subscriptions receive Ultimate features, credits, and limits. Current pricing and billing screens use the Ultimate name.
For Personal, go to Settings → Billing. For an organization, its owner goes to Organization → Billing. You can cancel at any time; access remains active through the current billing period.
No. Personal and organization workspaces remain separate. Switching workspace changes which plan, shared credit allowance, history, API account, and billing context apply to your next action. See Organizations & workspaces.

Search & results

Some queries return no results when the target is not present in any of the queried sources. This is a valid result, not an error. Try a different input type (for example, search the associated email instead of the username).
Yes. In Search settings, open the Modules section and pick the modules to execute.If you select no modules, Osintly uses the default module set for the search type. If you select one or more modules, execution is limited to that selection.Credits and access rules do not change: module selection follows the selected workspace’s subscription and credit rules.
The query is processed as entered. Osintly does not translate or normalize your input. If the target uses a non-Latin username or script, enter it exactly as it appears.
Source freshness varies by provider. Breach databases are updated as new leaks are processed. Real-time sources (live account checks, DNS) return current data at the time of the search.
No. Standard, Pro, and Ultimate individual subscriptions no longer include Investigations. Existing Personal and untransferred legacy Team investigations are export-only: use Export ZIP from the Investigations list to keep their searches, notes, and available attachments. You do not need an Organization plan for that export. A Team owner can transfer the whole legacy Team to an eligible organization before the transition deadline. New shared investigations require an active Organization plan. See Investigation projects.
JSON export is available from individual card expansion modals. CSV and JSON are available for map data. The full-result export menu offers PDF, JSON, CSV, and Markdown on paid plans. DOCX is not currently in the menu. See Export & sharing.
The result page adapts to the input type. Domain searches include a domain overview block with DNS records and risk signals. Cryptocurrency searches include a wallet chart and transaction view. Some blocks (map, registered accounts, leaked results) only appear when the data returned by providers includes the relevant fields.

Features

AI Analyst is a conversational panel on the result page. Once results are loaded, you can ask it to build timelines, summarize findings, generate charts, focus on a specific record, or filter results using natural language. It can also run a web search or fetch detailed data from a specific leaked record when asked.Available on Pro and Ultimate plans.
AI Analyst requires a Pro or Ultimate plan. If you are on Standard, the panel is visible but locked. Upgrade your plan to activate it.
Monitoring & Alerts lets eligible workspaces create scheduled monitors, review alerts, and configure notification channels. See Monitoring & Alerts.
Organization history and investigations require membership in that organization. To share a full result with someone without an account, download it from the result page as PDF, JSON, CSV, or Markdown, depending on your plan, and send them the file. Free previews cannot be exported. Older Solo and untransferred legacy Team investigations can be exported as ZIP; a Team owner can also transfer the Team to an organization before its deadline.
Full searches are stored in the selected workspace history at osint.ly/history. Personal history stays personal; organization history is visible to its members and identifies the creator. Free previews are temporary, are not linked to history, and expire after 15 minutes.
