Organizations use three fixed roles. They are applied to the selected organization only, so a person can have a different role in each organization they belong to. For creating an organization, switching workspace, and shared credit behavior, see Organizations & workspaces.

Invite members

1

Select the organization

Open the workspace menu in the sidebar and choose the organization you want to manage.
2

Open Members

Go to Organization → Members.
3

Send an invitation

Enter the person’s email address and choose Admin or Member. A pending invitation reserves one of the organization’s paid seats.
4

Review membership

Use the Members page to review pending invitations and current access. Revoking or letting an invitation expire releases the reserved seat.
An organization owner or admin can invite members when a paid seat is available. An invitation does not change the number of billed seats.

Roles

Admins cannot remove the owner or another admin. Roles are predefined: there are no custom organization roles.

Managing the organization

Owners and admins can update the organization’s name and logo. Only the owner can transfer ownership, manage billing, configure company SSO, change roles, or close the organization. Deleting an organization is intentionally restricted: its subscription must no longer be active, and the owner must confirm the exact organization name. Closing an organization removes workspace access and invitations; it does not erase financial records that must be retained.

Organization SSO

Organization SSO is configured by the owner. A member can use the organization’s company sign-in only after their membership or invitation is verified. Personal workspace access still uses a classic Osintly account, so an SSO session does not grant access to a member’s Personal workspace or another organization. Members who need both sign-in methods can connect company SSO to the same verified email address. Disconnecting company SSO affects only that organization’s company sign-in; it does not delete the personal account.
Legacy Team projects use their own historical membership model. During Team transfer, editor and viewer roles become organization members; a former viewer gains more access. Review organization permissions before confirming.
